The latest TV series I binged...Currently up to date on “Yellowstone.” My boyfriend and I watch it together. It’s a great balance of beautiful landscapes of Montana, action and violence, and rugged men riding horses.
A class or ride that always puts me in a good mood...Honestly, all of them. But ‘90s music is my jam and I love feeling nostalgic. So I’ll say any ‘90s class.
One self-care habit I swear by...Going a full day or weekend without social media every once in a while. It’s so necessary, and it always makes me notice what a crutch it is to look at my phone.
My fave fitness routine when I’m crunched for time...10-minute core workout. I have lots of them on the Peloton app.
How I motivate myself to stay active in the winter...I try to remember how good I feel after I move my body. And I’m not too hard on myself. If I’m less active in the winter than the summer, so be it.
