Here this week: chef, mom, grandma, and Instagram star Pepper Teigen. She recently dropped her first cookbook, “The Pepper Thai Cookbook,” and is here to share her favorite go-to recipes and some other faves with us...

Last podcast I binged...I love "Snapped: Women Who Murder.” But really anything related to forensics or murder mysteries. If it's scary, then I'm really focused and can watch for hours.

Last movie I loved...I watched “Raya and the Last Dragon” with [my granddaughter] Luna and I didn't know what [it] was about, but I was so surprised when I watched because it showed so much of Thai culture. I was happy that Luna was able to see something that resembled her and her culture.

Product I keep adding to cart...Thai chilis. I can't live without spice.

Self-care product I swear by...Face oil at night. It helps me preserve my skin because I usually have really dry skin. [Pssst...Skimm HQ loves this one.]

Favorite quick dish to feed a crowd...My pad Korat. It's super fast and easy, and I can make it with anything left over in the fridge. It's a popular Thai noodle dish, and a crowd-pleaser.

The go-to meal I make for myself...Papaya salad, always. I make it in the morning, in the afternoon, late at night — it's good no matter what.

Pssst: This interview has been edited for length and clarity.
