Bake Cookies with Pastry Chef Zac Young

Sometimes you have all the ingredients for a perfect cookie and sometimes you don’t. Especially when you're told not to leave the house. Here’s how to whip up pastry chef Zac Young's “whatever” cookies. Grab whatever's in your pantry, whether that's leftover candy, cereal, or chocolate chips, and start baking. Or go for the dough.

Ingredients:10 Tablespoons unsalted butter (or oil)1/4 cup granulated sugar (whatever you have)3/4 cup dark brown sugar1 large egg1 3/4 cup all purpose flour (or whole wheat, or almond, or whatever you have)3/4 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon tablespoon kosher salt1 cup chocolate chips (or dried fruit.. or candy ... or you guessed it, whatever you have)
