The Skimm’s Well Played Winter Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is governed by these Official Sweepstakes Rules (the “Sweepstakes Rules”).
The Sweepstakes begins on February 4 2025 at 3 PM ET and ends on February 13 at 12 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants represent and warrant that they are complying with these Sweepstakes Rules (including all eligibility requirements) and agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
All previous winners of any sweepstakes sponsored by Sponsor during the nine (9) month period prior to the Selection Date are not eligible.
Individuals who, within the past six (6) months, have been employed by or performed services for Sponsor or any affiliated organizations involved in the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertising, or promotion of the Sweepstakes (“Employees”) are not eligible.
Immediate Family Members and Household Members of Employees are also not eligible.
Immediate Family Members include parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.
Household Members are those who share the same residence with an Employee for at least three (3) months per year.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes, go to instagram.com/wellplayedbytheskimm and follow the account before February 11 2025 at 3 PM ET.
Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries—using multiple accounts or otherwise—may result in disqualification.
Only entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period will be eligible. No other methods of entry will be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Use of a false account will disqualify an entry.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to internet access issues, service outages, delays, computer difficulties, or other technological problems.
Entries will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address or mobile phone number used. Multiple participants may not share the same email address.
If multiple users of the same account enter and a dispute arises, the Authorized Account Holder will be deemed the entrant.
Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeping device. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winner(s) (the “Winner”) will be selected on or about February 12 2025 (the “Selection Date”) by random drawing or other randomized process.
Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message. Notification is deemed to occur immediately upon sending.
Selected Winners must respond within three (3) business days of notification. Failure to respond or ineligibility may result in disqualification.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor may select up to two (2) alternate winners. If alternates are also disqualified or fail to respond, the prize may remain unawarded.
PRIZE
Winners will receive:

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Actual retail value may vary due to market conditions. No cash or substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Prizes are non-transferable. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be awarded.
Unclaimed or forfeited prizes may not be re-awarded.
ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
Winners may be required to execute and return, within 72 hours, an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) publicity release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).
Failure to return required documents may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate Winner.
Prizes will be shipped within six (6) weeks of receipt of completed documents. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
OTHER RULES
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.
By entering, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, city/state, email address, photograph, voice, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Entrants also grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use submitted materials for promotional purposes.
Sponsor reserves the right to void entries, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes due to fraud, tampering, or technical issues.
DISCLAIMER
The prize is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Entrants release Sponsor and all affiliated parties from all claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize, including personal injury, property damage, or intellectual property claims.
DISPUTES
All disputes will be resolved individually in courts located in San Francisco, California, governed by California law.Entrants waive any right to class action or jury trial.
PRIVACY
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. Submissions via Twitter or other platforms are also subject to those platforms’ privacy policies.
SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Twitter, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
