Products you buy through our links may earn us a commission. Oh, and if something's out of stock, oops, it was there (and all prices were accurate) at time of publication.

We’ll admit it: One major perk of our job as editors is that we get to try out oodles of products to let you know if they’re truly worth your hard-earned money. So in the nature of tossing gatekeeping to the curb, we’re sharing a few standout faves from the past month that we usually reserve for the group chat. Because they really are that good (and we’ll be super sad if they sell out and we can’t get them anymore). Without further ado…

Courant charger
Courant

A minimalist two-in-one charging stand from Courant…

I was looking for a standing charger for my desk that wasn't a total eyesore. I also wanted my phone lofted so I could easily see the screen illuminate while working. The Mag:2 charger from Courant fit my every need. It looks so sleek and fits in well with my desk decor. There are two charging spots so if my phone is attached mid-charge, I can also place my wireless earbuds on the bottom port.

For the standing port, it works via magnet, so I need to remove my phone case, which is definitely something to keep in mind if your case is difficult to take on and off. All in all, I love the charger. My phone juices up quickly and it's a handy tool for FaceTime. I can move around hands-free, even if I'm cooking. Alexandra Napoli ($80, Courant)

Bag Balm
Amazon

Insanely moisturizing Bag Balm for dry skin, lips, and more…

Every time I travel and neglect to use hand cream for even a night, I arrive with eczema-like patches of dry skin on my hands. So when I got home for the holidays, I had to raid my parents’ medicine cabinet. My dad — who’s a dentist, so he washes his hands a million times a day — recommended this, so I decided to give it a try.

It actually started out as a balm for cows' udders (not kidding), and it’s not unheard of to use products like these in the beauty sphere — with celebs like Alix Earle and Madelyn Cline swearing by Bag Balm on their lips. And sure enough, this “udder cream” soothed and smoothed my hands instantly overnight. Moo-ve over, all other hand creams. –Martha Upton ($8.39, Amazon)

Great Jones steamer
Great Jones

This genius four-in-one colander, steamer, splatter guard, and trivet…

Living in a small NYC apartment means one thing: no storage space. So everything in my home must serve a purpose — scratch that, must be multipurpose. Enter: this brilliant duo of four-in-one steamers from Great Jones that I’m absolutely obsessed with. The set comes with two different-sized steamers (in two color options) that are made of food-grade silicone that’s heat-resistant up to 550 degrees. It makes straining pasta, cleaning veggies, and resting hot pots so easy. Not to mention they fold down into themselves when not in use and they’re dishwasher-safe, so once I’m done, they couldn’t be easier to clean.

Though this set is on the pricier side, I’ve never doubted the quality for a second. I know these will last me for years to come and I can’t recommend them enough. –Lindsay Schneider ($90/2 pack, Great Jones)

Alo onesie
Alo

Alo’s seamless cable-knit onesie…

I do Pilates three to four times a week and I wash this thing almost every day because I want to wear nothing else (both in and outside of the studio). It’s perfect for winter IMO, since it’s made from a pretty thick material that hugs and compresses all the right places. Also, I really love the built-in bra with removable padding — it makes sure everything stays right where it needs to be. Beck Diaz ($118, Alo)

Sutera bath mat
Amazon

A nonslip, quick-drying stone bath mat…

I have long coveted a stone bath mat, both for its functional and aesthetic qualities: i.e., no damp fabric to remember to hang to dry, and a chic way to refresh my very small bathroom. And let me tell you — I can't believe I waited so long. Not only does this Sutera option deliver on its promise of absorbing moisture quickly, but it also stays in place perfectly on my tiled floor without slipping.

It's a win for the environment too: No need to waste energy and water washing a regular ol' bath mat. And though I've only had this one for a few months, it's said, unsurprisingly, to be much longer-lasting than a fabric one. See ya later, smelly, mildewy bath mat. –Emmy Favilla ($59.99, Amazon)

Dieux deliverance serum
Dieux

An ultra-creamy hydrating serum that actually lives up to the hype…

I’ve been wanting to try this Insta-buzzy beauty brand for months and finally pulled the plug during their Black Friday sale. Dieux’s Deliverance serum feels like a hug for your skin and is so soothing. It’s lightweight, calming, illuminating, plumping, and super easy to use: I apply one to two pumps morning or night and follow with my favorite moisturizer. I’ll definitely be trying out more from Dieux in the future. I’m hooked. –Margo Ghertner ($69, Dieux)

Banana Republic Factory sweater
Banana Republic Factory

A semi-fitted cotton V-neck sweater…

I have been gatekeeping this and the guilt is eating me alive. It's the perfect lightweight V-neck (also comes as a cardigan) for when you want to look pulled together but still feel like you're wearing a T-shirt. I'm allergic to wool and cashmere (I know), and hate being hot, so it's tough to find professional-looking sweaters. This is it. Jessica Kelly ($40, Banana Republic Factory)
