Happy (almost) weekend. Lately, I’ve been in a bit of a reset — embracing slower mornings, creating better routines, that whole thing. This weekend, I also plan to be more intentional with my time. Here’s how:

  • I’m headed to the English countryside in June, so I’m on the hunt for a perfectly weather-beaten Barbour jacket — ideal for all the long pub walks in my future. I had my eye on one from eBay, but this one might be even better.

  • The first thing I'll do after logging off from work? Watch the latest episode of Margo’s Got Money Troubles. I can’t get enough of Michelle Pfeiffer and Elle Fanning’s mother-daughter relationship — which may not be real, but is certainly very relatable.

  • I know, I know: I’m very late to the tinned fish trend. But this viral appetizer from the self-described sardine recipe lady finally changed my stance. (Fine, the skin glow-up doesn’t hurt either.)

  • I just finished reading David Szalay’s Flesh, and I feel like I have whiplash from all the plot twists. As a palate cleanser, I’ll dive into Emily Everett’s All That Life Can Afford. An American girl posing as part of London’s upper crust? Say less.

  • Last but not least, I’ll finally master my at-home matcha latte. I’m convinced this retro-looking tool is the missing link.
