I never saw this coming, but last year I got into strength training, and now it’s made me feel more confident while doing basic tasks (like carrying groceries).

The way I’ve stayed committed on the days I feel unmotivated? Putting my workout clothes on first thing in the morning. That way, when it’s time for me to workout, all I have to do is get out my mat.
