EDITOR'S NOTE

As a Commerce Editor, I spend a lot of time taking inventory of the things I actively reach for and lately, I’ve had a lot of luck. So many of my go-tos are high quality, enjoyable to use, and don’t exceed $30. In this economy, I’m genuinely thankful for that. Here are my five favorites as of late:

• This soft, stretchy tee from Gap. I have it in butter yellow and a striped version. I can confirm it doesn’t get scratchy or stiff after washing.

• These Repetto-inspired blocked ballet heels from…Walmart? More on this later, but I’m shocked. Will probably wear them to my bridal shower.

• A hydrating hand sanitizer that makes freshening up on the go feel luxurious.

• My new holy grail hair product. It’s $12, hydrating, and gives my waves the best frizz-free air-dry of all time. Consider me converted (the travel size is $5).

• A mini version of this TikTok-viral blush compact. It’s cheaper than the full size and will last just as long.
