This Mongolian cashmere cardigan from Quince is similar to the styles at Jenni Kayne, but it’s under $150. I love a cardigan because of how easy it is to throw on. I’ve worn this style with a button-down or even over loungewear at home.

Yes, culottes are coming back. And while they might seem intimidating to style, I like to think of them basically as a skort. They have the look of a longline skirt, but with pant legs. I’d start with this basic black pair from Banana Republic. They have a high rise and are fitted throughout the waist.

I’m always looking for cute tops that aren’t tees, and this Liberty print one from J.Crew is a fun way to add a pop of color at work. Because it has a collar, I find that it’s professional-looking while still feeling funky. I’d wear it with cream jeans on the weekends.

While a vest top does tend to look more buttoned-up, I do think they’re cute for channeling your inner Annie Hall on the weekends. I’d wear this Ann Taylor one with trousers or a midi skirt to the office. Pair it with some light-wash denim for nights out.
