Smartest purchase I’ve made recently...My Loftie alarm clock. I can set the alarm from my phone, but then leave my phone in another room so I’m not on it right before bed. It also wakes you up with a two-phase alarm that is not…alarming.
Best book I’ve read recently..."Animal” by Lisa Taddeo. She writes beautifully and the story is dark but really captivating.
Last thing I binged...I love “Ted Lasso,” and I’ve probably seen the first season at least three times since it came out. It’s the feel-good show everyone needs in their life.
Product I keep adding to cart...Megababe’s Thigh Rescue anti-chafe stick is for sure my desert-island product. My goal is that every woman will be within five minutes of a Thigh Rescue at some point.
Self-care habit I swear by...I use the MyLife mental health app for my morning meditations and then throughout the day to check in with myself and my emotions. It’s very grounding.
Absolute favorite item in my closet right now...My Nap Dress from Hill House Home is the perfect dress. It’s easy to throw on, comfortable, and the optimal weight for summer heat.
Go-to swimwear brand...Lands’ End. Their swimsuits are really comfortable and come in a wide range of styles, sizes and most importantly: colors.
Favorite way I keep cool in the summer...Hair up with a headband. I love styles by Lele Sadoughi.
