Editor's Note
A little birdie (my boss) might have told you that I got married nearly two weeks ago (see above). I’m back, feeling incredibly happy and extra refreshed. It might seem unbelievable, but there were times when I was thinking about this newsletter. There’s something about moving into a new life chapter that requires a sh*t ton of self-trust, and I felt that a lot during my wedding season. That self-trust exists here, too, in our Skimm Shopping newsletter.
We provide you guidance and show you things. But what is really true is that you know yourself best. You know what you like, and you know what you don’t like. So we’re honored that you trust us enough to read this newsletter every week and take our recommendations seriously. That is a trust we don’t intend to break.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing covetable holiday gifts, some little luxuries (hello, this new set from Merit), and products to enjoy as we embark onto the next chapter: hibernation season.
I’m delighted to be back.

The Daily Steal
The $35 tiny digital camera changing the way we capture memories
Between our Affiliate Director swearing by her full-sized digital camera, and another one of our editors going back to disposables, it’s safe to say we’re in our non-iPhone photography era. After one team member recently stumbled into Urban Outfitters and saw that Kodak is making these tiny digital camera bag charms, she knew she needed to have one. The images are perfectly grainy, and it's a fun way to capture memories without reaching for your phone. Just be sure to buy a memory card.
Today's Must Haves
Here are three of the hottest products on the internet this week:

1. Flaunt MagSafe Phone Ring: It doubles as a phone stand, too.
2. Adidas Originals Satin Polka-Dot Wide-Leg Pants: These might be the chicest track pants we’ve ever seen.
3. Pocket Word Search: For when you have the urge to aimlessly scroll.

My post-wedding “shoppies” are alive and well
Never been happier to buy things that aren’t bridal.
Margo here. As heartwarming as my wedding was, it does feel nice to have a large part of my brain back. A lot of the shopping I was doing over the last year was gifts for others (which I love) or purely logistical, so it’s been nice to indulge again. In my last two weeks off, I have been doing some serious shopping for myself. Here’s a peek into my cart:
A funnel-neck cinched jacket that’s perfect for warmer fall weather.
Another pair of my favorite jeans.
This secondhand tote (that’s a supposed Hermés dupe).
An easy cardigan I can’t stop throwing over a tee.
These super inky pens for my to-do lists.
Old Navy mules that look like The Row.
