It’s 2020 and women’s median earnings are about 80 cents for every dollar a man makes. Equal Pay Day is March 31st this year. It marks how much longer a woman has to work on average to make the equivalent of a man’s 2019 paycheck. We talked to experts in the field to understand why the gender pay gap is still a thing. And what we can do about it.
