What Our Editors Were Obsessed With in March

Products you buy through our links may earn us a commission. Oh, and if something's out of stock, oops, it was there (and all prices were accurate) at time of publication.

We’ll admit it: One major perk of our job as editors is that we get to try out oodles of products to let you know if they’re truly worth your hard-earned money. So in the nature of tossing gatekeeping to the curb, we’re sharing a few standout faves from the past month that we usually reserve for the group chat. They really are that good (and we’ll be super sad if they sell out and we can’t get them anymore). Without further ado…

Sunday Citizen

A comforter that's perfect for all seasons...

Sunday Citizen's Snug Waffle Comforter is truly one of the coziest comforters I've ever put on my bed. It's incredibly soft and warm but not too hot. The texture adds a bit of style oomph, while the underneath is smooth to keep you cool as you snooze. It comes in a few colorways, but I chose the cloud gray which is a calming soft blue. Another Skimm editor owns the Snug Comforter and equally raves about its quality. –Alexandra Napoli ($330, Sunday Citizen)

A mochi sampler that's an excuse for a party...

I'm one of those girls who always has room for dessert, especially if it's ice cream (or ice cream-adjacent). When I got this gifting set from Mochidoki, I was fairly confident it would be a one-woman show, but with over 30 pieces and eight flavors, I quickly realized I had an excuse for a game night. The flavors were a huge hit — especially the vegan mango and coconut — and the included serving plates and tongs made cleanup cute and easy. –Beck Diaz ($140, Mochidoki)

An Instagram find that dresses up a pair of jeans...

I've been finding myself more and more susceptible to targeted Instagram ads, and this purchase — served to me as one — did not disappoint. I was drawn to the dramatic silhouette of the exaggerated turtleneck, which can be worn either all the way up or folded halfway. I love that the fabric is lightweight and structured; it's perfect for tucking into jeans. Bonus: The brand uses ethical and sustainable production processes, and gives back to girls in need. –Emmy Favilla ($56, Marcella)

A redness-reducing balm that heals breakouts...

This green-colored cream really takes the redness out of blemishes. I squeeze a little bit on the back of my hand, then feather it on with a concealer brush. It also soothes the blemish itself so it kills two birds with one stone. –Jessica Kelly ($12.99, Amazon)

A mini shredder that's more than just cute...

There’s nothing better than a handy tool that actually solves an everyday problem. I always find that I need to shred a random piece of paper every once in a while, but it doesn’t feel worth it to me to invest in a full-fledged shredder at the moment. This handheld one from Muji is compact, gets the job done, and doesn’t require any plugs or additional charging. Just add your single sheet and twist. –Margo Ghertner ($15.87, Amazon)

Peppermint puffs for an anytime pick-me-up...

My mom keeps a glass jar of these nostalgic soft candies at my parent's house in North Carolina. Every time I'm there, I like to make a big show of eating two after lunch to give myself a bit of a sugar boost. Now, my mom always sends me back to New York with a bag, and the tradition continues. They're sweet, melt in your mouth, and make me think of home. All-around delightful. –Martha Upton ($11.99, Amazon)
