Q: How soon after you eat should you brush your teeth?

35 responses

Answer: One hour. Brushing too quickly after eating or drinking acidic foods or beverages, like sodas, sports drinks, candies, or citrus fruits may strip enamel from your teeth. After an hour, your enamel hardens again and it’s okay to brush.
